Bathroom Vanity Replacement: Labor to remuve the old vanity cabinet and plumbing under the sink, and install a bathroom vanity. Fabricate plumbing cutouts in the back panel (If needed): level to the floor and secure vanity to the wall. Scribe exposed panel edge to the wall surface or apply molding at the border. (Assemble if needed) Install drawers and hardware—Faucet plumbing, P-trap, and water supply lines, as well as caulking the sink and countertop...........$695.00 Optional Bathroom Vanity Debris Disposal: There are costs to load and haul away old materials, installation waste, and associated debris.........$125.00 Please Note: We are assuming that you already have purchased finish material, such as a Vanity cabinet, vanity countertop, sink, faucet, water supply lines, and p-trap. Material or parts are not included in this quote. If parts or supplies are needed, we have a $ 40 trip charge to the store to collect the supplies. We will add the cost of the material to the invoice. Notice: To better serve all of our clients, we are scheduling an appointment with a one-hour window, which means if you make an appointment at 11 a.m., you will expect us to be there between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. Why is that? When we make an appointment, we do it with a time window that we use as waiting time to avoid displeasure with our clients due to unexpected weather variables or traffic.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy: In the case of cancellation, it must be made 24 hours before the appointment time, so it will allow us to attend other clients during that time. In case you have not canceled 24 hours before the meeting, the $70 deposit will be kept as travel charge that will cover our time and transportation costs to your home.
